We are located at Carpinteria California, just south of world famous
Santa Barbara. Your home away from home address is
4975 Sandyland
Road and can be reached at (805) 684-3570. Be sure to ask the
Management Staff for Condominium Unit 302 to enjoy amenities and
views like no other.
Carpinteria Beach is known for its gentle slope and calm waves in
selected sandy areas but also good surfing swells in some of the
more rocky areas. Seals and sea lions can be seen in the area
December through May at the rookery in the nearby
Carpinteria
Bluffs, as well as an occasional gray whale. Tide pools contain
starfish, sea anemones, crabs, snails, octopuses and sea urchins. A
marathon-length round trip north of the rookery along the beach to
Stearns Wharf in Santa Barbara is possible, though passable only
during low tide. A very popular campground is located adjacent to
the condominium along the beach. The bird watching is spectacular at
Carpinteria Salt Marsh Reserve.
The beach resort city of Carpinteria is very near Santa Barbara,
Santa Ynez, Solvang, Goleta, Ojai, Ventura, Oxnard, Montecito, Isla
Vista, Channel Islands, Port Hueneme and
